About Brownstown, IN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Brownstown is a small town in Jackson County, Indiana.  With a historic downtown, lovely residents and an ever changing seasonal landscape, Brownstown is the quintessential Midwestern town. The spring brings buds and blooms, while the fall brings cooler weather and winters are often white and snowy.  No, it is not Indianapolis, but this community still has a great deal to offer. With a population under 3,000, it is small but still incredibly interesting and full of sites worth seeing.

The Brownstown Speedway is a great place to have an exciting family night out.  There, you can watch races and enjoy the atmosphere.  However, they do close in the autumn and winter due to the weather. The town also hosts the Jackson County Fair. Held each year in the heat of the Indiana summer, there are rides, games, food and more.  It is exactly what you would expect from a Midwestern county fair… and more!

Looking to get active after chowing down on elephant ears and cotton candy?  Check out Scottsburg’s 9 hole public golf course, which is right nearby. This lovely Indiana town is full of attractions and things to do.  Westwood Golf Course is a par 35 course with water features, lovely landscapes, a remodeled Pro Shop, and more.  A large outdoor deck for spectators, make playing a round of golf an opportunity for the whole family – even those who don’t wish to tee off!  Westwood would be a great way to pass a beautiful, balmy spring or summer day - after the fair or otherwise.
